Adding a domain the application already has answers that domain. Before Tawked Email is open to the account, every senders operation answers 409 email_access_required (ask with email.access.request) or email_access_pending (Tawked’s team decides: read email.access.show later), and 409 email_product_off once granted while the application’s Email is off. Refusals: 422 domain_invalid, domain_public (a public mailbox’s domain such as gmail.com), domain_tawked; 409 domain_taken (verified by another application), domain_limit (the application holds its most domains); 503 email_unavailable. A pending domain waits up to pending_hours for its records.

One per intended change (1 to 128 printable ASCII characters): a retry with the same key and the same request answers the stored 2xx with Idempotent-Replayed: true, for 24 hours. A 428 approval_required is never stored: send the approved request again with the same key or none. An answer that carried a secret shown once is never kept: its replay answers 409 idempotency_secret_not_replayable with the id of what it made.
