Four products on one account and one prepaid balance:
  • Tawked Verify: Tawked Verify is an OTP verification API for Saudi numbers. One-time codes by SMS to Saudi mobiles, in two calls. Start with POST /v1/verify/start.
  • Tawked Notifications: WhatsApp template messages from your own number. Connect it in the console, then POST /v1/whatsapp/messages; a Salla store installs the Tawked app for Salla instead, with no code.
  • Tawked Chat: your team’s inbox for that number, on the web and the phone. No API: open it from the console’s Chat → Inbox. See Tawked Chat for developers.
  • Tawked Email: transactional e-mail from your own domain. Verify the domain in the console, then POST /v1/email/messages, to up to 50 recipients a message, in batches or scheduled.
The reference in Arabic: tawked.com/ar/docs. Tawked Verify’s page: tawked.com/en/verify (Arabic). New to Tawked? How Tawked works explains accounts, applications, review, keys and the balance in one page.

Send a code

You build a sign-in or a checkout. A test key, two calls, a code on your own phone in a few minutes.

Send a WhatsApp message

You notify customers about orders and bookings. Connect your number, get a template approved, send it with one call.

Resell Verify on your platform

You run a platform. One partner key provisions a Verify application per merchant and sends their codes.

Connect a store

You run a store. Install the app for your platform and choose what it sends, with no code.

The shape of the API

Both /v1/... and /api/v1/... answer identically. New integrations should use /v1/....

Every change to the API, newest first, with an RSS feed.
Is something down? The status page shows the API and SMS delivery as measured from real traffic.

Machine-readable

The reference is published for tools and agents too: an OpenAPI 3.1 document, an llms.txt index and the full reference as Markdown. All three are generated from the source the API reference tab is built from. For coding agents, see Agents and assistants.
