Relay human_action to whoever added them: its link opens their own WhatsApp with sign_in_message.text written, to send (Tawked sends nothing); the person signs in to Tawked Chat with their own mobile. agent answers this number’s conversations; administrator (a supervisor) answers every number’s and runs Tawked Chat. Errors: 409 phone_taken (the mobile is another account’s or Tawked’s team’s), 409 already_on_team, 409 member_limit_reached (no seat left: add a candidate instead), 403 self_edit, 403 above_own_role (each answered before any approval is asked), 503 chat_unavailable (Tawked Chat did not answer; nothing was written).
