Read from Meta’s pricing analytics, at most once an hour. charges.months[].categories[]: volume is the messages Meta charged, cost Meta’s amount in charges.currency, null when Meta keeps it from Tawked (charges.cost_shown false: the number’s WhatsApp account is the business’s own); then estimate is those messages times Meta’s published Saudi price for the month, and unpriced the charged messages with no known price. An estimate is never the bill: the exact amount is in the invoices at Meta. A free reply is never charged and never counted here. free_replies is the number’s free replies this month: the allowance, used, left and renews_on; past it Meta charges each reply. tawked_fee_halalas is Tawked’s own fee per template message, charged from the balance (whatsapp.usage.show sums it). charges or free_replies is null while Meta cannot be read.
