campaigns.fields.list

The condition fields a rule audience or a segment may use: each with its `key`, its section, its ops, the kind of value it takes, its options where the application has them (cities, tags, groups, categories, campaigns, segments) and whether it is open now and why not (`reason`: needs_store, needs_orders, zid_scope). Then count a definition with campaigns.segments.count.
