A consequential call (it reaches customers, spends, deletes or cannot be undone) of a token whose approvals are on answers HTTP 428 approval_required with approval and a human_action (approve_request): give the person its link and its say, then read this until the status moves. pending: the person has not decided yet. approved: send the request again with Tawked-Approval. declined: do not send it again unless the person asks. expired: ask again (24 hours from the ask). used: it already ran. stale: the draft it acts on was edited after the ask (the approval covers the draft as the person saw it, never a later edit): send the request again without Tawked-Approval to ask about what it holds now.
