# Metrics

> Your e-mail figures by Riyadh day, week or month, from the daily rollup Tawked keeps for good: sent, delivered, delayed, bounced, complained, failed, suppressed, opened and clicked, with the rates.

`GET /v1/email/metrics` answers the application's figures, with a live key that reads Email (`email:read`). They come from the daily rollup Tawked keeps for good, so they reach back beyond the 30 days messages are kept. Test messages never count.

* Every period of the range is present, zeros included; today is included, refreshed every five minutes.
* The delivery counts are e-mails (each recipient counts), and `delivery_rate`, `bounce_rate` and `complaint_rate` are over `sent`, with four decimals, `null` when nothing was sent.
* Opens and clicks are counted in targets, in both terms of the rate: a message sent to several people in one call counts as one target, since one pixel serves them all. `unique_opened` counts targets whose first open fell in the period, over `open_tracked_targets`, the delivered targets of messages sent with open tracking. `opened` and `clicked` count every event.
